On today’s episode, I share the story of how I stumbled into the field of geology and struggled with severe imposter syndrome for many years. It wasn’t until I started diving deeper into my yoga practice that I was able to evaluate my thoughts and the stories that I created about them. I illustrate how my performance at work shifted when I started to collect evidence that I was qualified and capable of my position instead of believing that I was a fraud.
