Hi, I’m Cecelia. I help self-aware people turn insight into behavior change by building real capacity.
Every day, I work with smart, accomplished humans (like you) who:
- understand themselves still feel frustrated and stuck
- know their habits, but can’t seem to change them
- feel like they’re doing the work “right,” yet something still isn’t clicking in life
- have invested in therapy, books, and courses but don't implement in real life
- are tired of spinning in insight and ready for something to actually move
- haven't seen real change in their life
(That stuck place isn’t a failure. It’s a developmental phase and it’s exactly where this work begins.)

I started with my own overthinking brain and must-not-fail nervous system over a decade ago- not because I wanted to understand myself, but because insight alone wasn’t changing how I lived. I was stuck and frustrated.
I’ve trained at Columbia, William & Mary, The Life Coach School, and Kripalu, and spent years working at the intersection of mindset, nervous system regulation, and behavior change.
What my clients experience isn’t just more awareness- it’s real, lived difference.

That’s the work I do: helping people move from intellectual understanding into embodied change.

Here’s exactly how we’re going to do it.
I used a blend of cognitive science and mindfulness in this 4 step process that gets you to feeling good, and then great:
Phase 0:
Notice and
Name
Build awareness and accept yourself exactly where you are (without shame, regret, and perfectionism).
Phase 1:
Accept and Humanize It
Learn to have you own back, while getting really clear on how you want to feel in life and how you want life to look- piece by piece.
Phase 2:
Process Emotions
Notice and work with all of the old lines of code in your brain and emotions in your body-- then reprogram them.
Phase 3:
Proceed Intentionally
Bring your calmer, more confident brain and nervous system into daily life -- and notice when it works (and when it doesn’t).
Phase 4:
Rinse and Repeat
This isn’t a one-and-done thing.
These shifts are iterative - which isn’t to say you’ll never change. However, creating a permanent shift in your internal code takes patience. Learn to master that as part of the transformation process!
