I offer up different scenarios where you can set loving, respectful boundaries. By clearly communicating your request and the consequences if it’s not met, it allows you to build relationships in a much closer, authentic way. When you uphold your boundaries, you avoid situations where you feel resentful, disappointed, or taken advantage of. 

I also break down a process for getting really clear on where you draw the line in your life. I share questions to help you understand your boundaries and where they come from so that they become more natural to uphold. Listen in to learn more about boundaries and protecting your peace.
