Hi, I’m Cecelia. I help high achievers make their brain a calmer place to be without burning it all down
Every day, I work with smart, accomplished humans (like you) who:
- spin instead of sleep
- never feel like they’re enough or like they’ve done enough
- wonder when they’ll ‘earn’ feeling happy, successful, and content
- have been chasing the “achievement” carrot thinking that when they finally reach it they’ll feel happy.
(Turns out, that carrot? It’s an illusion.)

I started with figuring out my own overthinking brain and must-not-fail-or-drop-a-ball nervous system a decade ago and have been supporting people ever since.
I’ve trained at Columbia, William & Mary, The Life Coach School, and Kripalu.

I used a blend of cognitive science and mindfulness in this 4 step process that gets you to feeling good, and then great:
Phase 0:
Notice and
Name
Build awareness and accept yourself exactly where you are (without shame, regret, and perfectionism).
Phase 1:
Accept and Humanize It
Learn to have you own back, while getting really clear on how you want to feel in life and how you want life to look- piece by piece.

Phase 2:
Process Emotions
Notice and work with all of the old lines of code in your brain and emotions in your body-- then reprogram them.
Phase 3:
Proceed Intentionally
Bring your calmer, more confident brain and nervous system into daily life -- and notice when it works (and when it doesn’t).
Phase 4:
Rinse and Repeat
This isn’t a one-and-done thing.
These shifts are iterative - which isn’t to say you’ll never change. However, creating a permanent shift in your internal code takes patience. Learn to master that as part of the transformation process!
