We hear all the time that self-love is important, but what does that actually mean? And why is it so hard to practice? After leading a four-day workshop on self-love, I wanted to bring some of the biggest takeaways here—why we resist self-love, how to recognize where we are in our relationship with ourselves, and what real self-love actually looks like in practice.
