Welcome to the inaugural episode of Calmer Conversations – I am so excited to be podcasting again and to give you a more expansive view of what I talk about in my videos on Instagram.

This work is so impactful and meaningful and I can’t wait to dive in with you. In this first episode, I want to talk about something that is really the foundation of the work we will do here together on this show, which is changing your conditioning.

Why?

Recognizing and then shifting your mental and nervous system habits is the fastest way to create lasting change in your life.

Throughout the episode, I’m going to be sharing more about thought habits and how they really form how we think about ourselves and the world around us and why becoming more aware of these habits will lay the groundwork to make change more possible for you.

If you commit to this work of just becoming more aware of your thoughts and habits over the next week or the next month, you’ll be so much further along to making that change that you desire.
