In this episode, I’m exploring why so many of us struggle to feel our emotions, especially the hard ones like disappointment, anger, or grief. I share a story about my daughter at a yard sale that perfectly illustrates how emotional suppression often starts in childhood, and how we unintentionally carry those patterns into adulthood. I also talk about what’s really happening in our brains and bodies when we try to avoid discomfort, and why learning to feel our feelings is a powerful act of self-trust.
