This is a short, live workshop for women who are ready to stop working against themselves and start working from the inside out.
We’ll look at:

and what does work — without force or self-criticism
This isn’t self-improvement.
It’s a reorientation.
What We’ll Explore Together
I’ll introduce the simple framework I use with women inside The Life Lab, built on four pillars:

Safety — calming the nervous system so you’re not making decisions from stress

Awareness — understanding how your brain works (and when it’s lying to you)

Self-Trust — changing your relationship with thoughts and emotions

Desire — getting honest about what you actually want, and trusting it’s possible
This is not about fixing yourself.
It’s about getting out of your own way.

The Life Lab is my year-long container for women who want to keep practicing this way of living — with support.
Inside The Life Lab, we:
work with the nervous system and the mind together
build self-trust over time
relate to thoughts and emotions differently
clarify desires and create change without force
It’s not about becoming someone new.
It’s about learning how to live as yourself.
